Kiah Consulting professional development service terms at-a-glance
Kiah offers one-to-one coaching and mentoring and group courses
Kiah provides two group training services:
- public/open courses for groups of individuals via a pre-scheduled program. Reservations on first-come-first-served basis, and
- courses customised to an individual organisation commissioned privately. Please contact us to arrange a customised course.
To meet participants’ needs equally, if four or more representatives from the same organisation wish to participate in a course, Kiah recommends a customised course as an alternative.
Public courses and reserved and paid at the time of booking via Kiah.com.
Custom group courses and 1-1 are paid via credit card or invoice upfront or in arrears, depending on the organisation.
Training course fees includes the course materials, light refreshments and meals served during the hours that the course is conducted. In most cases this will include lunch unless otherwise stated. All other costs are the responsibility of participants including travel, parking, accommodation and other meals.
One-to-one mentoring and coaching are designed and priced individually

Refunds, replacements and cancellations
Kiah accommodates participants’ needs whenever possible if your circumstances change.
For public training programs:
- a full refund is given if cancelled within 14 days of the start date. Alternatively, the participant can offer a replacement delegate/s.
- 50% of the full fee is forfeited for cancellations 7 days. A replacement delegate is allowed.
- 100% of the full fee is forfeited for cancellations 6 days or closer to the start date of the course.
If a participant cannot attend a course on the date booked, they may send a replacement delegate. The participant is responsible for finding their replacement, otherwise the refunds and cancellation policy applies. Though it has never happened, Kiah reserves the right to refuse a replacement participant.
Refunds, rescheduling and replacement delegates for custom courses are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
