The role
We build bespoke training for our clients and develop our own training suite for internal and client consumption. We are looking for an energetic learning consultant who can design engaging training for online, blended and face to face programs.
Mediocrity, acceptability and the status quo aren’t enough. We seek to surprise our clients daily by our success, by delivering differently.
Who you are
The essence of your skills will be your ability to work as part of a highly driven team who are dedicated to move our clients away from traditional, passive, content focused training to engaging learning experiences that put the user experience at the centre and align designs with desired training outcomes, whatever the delivery mode.
You will need to be:
Skills in graphic design and/or videography will be considered valuable, as will be an understanding of commonly used eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
You must be an Australian Citizen, be prepared to undertake a national security clearance assessment.

Where and how we work
This role is a full-time based in our Melbourne CBD office. Interstate travel will be required.
We offer flexibility to balance working from home and the office, and don’t require set times other than to meet the needs of a task, the role by nature is collaborative. You will be expected to work from the office at least three days a week.
